Last Day on Oahu

Our final day on Oahu started slowly before heading over to Hanauma Bay to meet up with our friends after saying "Aloha" to our friends. Remember that entry to the Bay is limited so remember to get your tickets in advance. Read up on the process and get ready to order. You may want to have multiple people trying. Our friends were never able to get the site to work, so if I hadn't been able to get in a second time, they wouldn't have been able to join. ANYWAY, it all worked out and we enjoyed a nice afternoon of snorkeling and beach time.

After cleaning up, Mark went to return our snorkel gear while the girls and I caught some of the hula show at the Royal Hawaiian shopping center before dinner at Paia Fish Market and gelato from Il Gelato.

Fortunately, we were also able to take in fireworks put on by the Hilton Hawaiian Village. We took a stroll down the beach and had a great view. They put on the show every Friday between 8:00-9:00pm.
